Data Projects

Measuring outcomes and supporting you

You can monitor end user engagement via our user analytics dashboard, manage your Portal data and users independently. We are always there to support you via our instant messaging and service desk support tools.

The Go Live Sprint: Data Launch, End Client Set Up

After making sure everything works and looks great, we move the Portal from the Test site to the Live site. You can set up your users, assign them Permissions and they can immediately start exploring your data insights. Since end-clients get what they need, user adoption is set up for success.

The Programming Sprint: Programming, Fine Tuning, Socializing

Once everyone is satisfied with the design, programming begins rapidly. The user interface (UI) design is added using your visual identity and your product is ready for final testing. At this time, you can begin socializing the larger audience of end-clients to the new design.

The Design Sprint: Concept Creation, Prototyping and Guerilla Testing

Next, we build an interactive prototype that just focusses on the user experience. You and your clients can test, comment, and contribute to itonline so we get it right. In this way, you and your customers become the co-creators in the process ensuring buy- in from all key stakeholders.

Listening to both you and your clients

Our first workshop starts with understanding your project, its data, your clients and business outcomes. We then use these insights to create design that is aligned with real user needs and expectations.
